Detector of explosives and narcotic substances "Ionscan 500 DT"
To detect explosive and narcotic substances, the Ionscan 500DT automatic detector is used. The device is equipped with two detectors, so identification requires less time.
Operating principle
The Ionscan device has a number of advantages:
- automatic detection of dangerous, prohibited substances;
- a wide database where more than 40 types of substances are stored;
- automatic data update;
- quick identification, taking less than 10 seconds;
- the ability to instantly print out test results;
- built-in memory for data storage.
A sampling probe is used to quickly collect samples. After examining one object, you can immediately begin analyzing the next; there is no need to clean the probe. The device is equipped with a regenerative air cleaning system, so maintenance does not require large expenses.
Application
The device is used by customs, border, and law enforcement services to increase security. Using the device, FCS employees check cargo and transport, preventing the transportation of prohibited, dangerous items.
