Regulation 8003 M is an expert examination and operational control of passports, identification cards and other identification documents that give the right to cross the border; visa stamps and seal impressions, including for entry permits; driver's licenses, vehicle certificates, and other documents related to vehicles; banknotes; excise and special stamps; securities and other documents with security measures against forgery.

Mobile complex in a protective case. Consists of a portable personal computer, the model of which is agreed with the customer; two object tables with translucent screens and a spectral fluorescent magnifying glass “Regula” 4177 with an optical module “Regula” 4178, running under the control of the software “Regula Forensic Studio”; compact device “Regula” 1025. Used in mobile (powered by internal battery) and stationary (powered by AC) versions. Optionally equipped with a visualizer of the magnetic properties of documents “Regula” 4197 and information and reference systems.
