The service center offers the following services:
- regular maintenance according to the manufacturer’s regulations - the service is provided in any region of the Russian Federation;
- conclusion of a warranty service agreement for a period of 1, 2, 5 years;
- subscriber services – technical remote support (telephone, e-mail); if it is not possible to fix the malfunction remotely, we guarantee that a technician will visit the site within 24 hours (Moscow and the region (up to 100 km) and three days (regions));
- diagnostics and evaluation of your devices;
- prompt repairs and supply of spare parts;
- regeneration of the X-ray tube (during commissioning, after long-term equipment downtime).
