Connecting to a computer
The BLOKPOST X series models now have a unique function for monitoring, configuring and managing several hundred metal detectors using a single server. This function is necessary for transmitting and analyzing data on the number of passes, sensitivity settings, and number of alarms. Information can be received in real time from one to several hundred metal detectors.

Integration into an access control system
Thanks to the presence of an output for controlling actuators, BLOKPOST RS X 1200 M K metal detectors can be integrated into an access control system. Metal detectors can be installed in conjunction with airlock cabins, airlocks, turnstiles, tripods, and automatic doors.
When a person passes through a metal detector with a prohibited item, a light and sound indication is triggered; the information is transmitted through a wired connection to a turnstile (airlock cabin, automatic door, etc.), which blocks further movement of the person. If there are no prohibited items, the turnstile will allow access.
Parallel operation
During parallel operation, it is recommended to place BLOKPOST RS X 1200 M K metal detectors at a distance of 50 cm from each other. This equipment has several operating frequencies, which reduces mutual interference between adjacent metal detectors and provides the possibility of parallel operation. It is recommended to set different operating frequencies for metal detectors located next to each other.
The distance between metal detectors operating in parallel depends on the sensitivity level and frequency combination. The minimum distance acceptable for operation is determined based on the conditions at the installation site.
