Image quality and intelligent processing
The 6040 SDT Introscope supports 4- and 7-color palettes, six-color separation of objects based on atomic number and density, and atomic mass measurements. The functions of multiple magnification, magnification in 9 areas of the image, moving the enlarged fragment on the screen and compensation of geometric distortions are implemented.
The penetrating ability in steel reaches 34-36 mm, which makes it possible to identify opaque areas and dense metal elements. The maximum contrast on copper wire of 0.08-0.1 mm increases detection sensitivity.
Windows-based software provides stable performance, real-time image control, contrast enhancement, image library browsing and photo annotation.
Data archive and connection
The SDT 6040 introscope supports an image archive of up to 50,000 images with the ability to manually save and store data on HDD or SSD. The system can be connected to a local network using the TCP/IP protocol for remote control and integration into security systems.
It is possible to work as part of electronic checkpoints, facial recognition terminals, turnstiles and barriers. Connection of IP cameras and external monitoring devices is supported.
Design and operational parameters
The 6040 SDT introscope tunnel size is 625 × 420 mm – optimal for inspecting small luggage and parcels. The conveyor belt speed is at least 0.2 m/s, the maximum distributed load is up to 165 kg. Conveyor height – 709 mm.
The equipment operates from a 220V network and consumes no more than 0.7 kW. Permissible operating temperature is from 0°C to +50°C. The powerful belt drive ensures continuous operation even under high loads.
