This initiative is aimed at combating the ongoing sanctions of our foreign partners. “It is necessary to adjust the design documentation of stadiums for the 2018 FIFA World Cup in terms of replacing foreign-made equipment and materials with Russian analogues, simplifying technological solutions for the roofing of stadiums and their architectural appearance,” the order says.
