Next comes a more detailed categorization within each large group. Baggage inspection devices consist of one or more X-ray tubes and operate at voltages up to 300 kV.This subgroup includes:

Stationary and mobile introscopes for checking luggage, cargo, hand luggage, and postal shipments are found everywhere. Externally, the devices are a closed chamber with or without a conveyor belt.
